derjoma.com takes no payments. This page explains where refund terms live for the two ways Derjoma LLC is actually paid.

Products we operate

Drop My PMI publishes its own refund policy on its own site, and that policy is presented before payment and applies to the purchase. Those terms govern, not this page, because they are what the customer agrees to at checkout.

Client engagements

Consulting and development work is invoiced under a written agreement signed before work begins. Payment terms, cancellation, and any refund of prepaid amounts are set out in that agreement.

Problems

If you believe you were charged in error by Derjoma LLC or by any product we operate, email info@derjoma.com with the date and amount. We will look into it and respond within five business days. We would rather resolve a billing problem directly than have you dispute it with your bank.
